Packages and prices
Two purchase options for the same website, each option offers a different approach to owning your website, allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your business needs and budget. Options are both highlighted in the yellow boxes below.
Included with every website
- Up to 5 pages per website. Privacy Policy and other legal documents don’t count toward the 5 pages.
- Text written directly from your answers to a short emailed questionnaire.
- Your own pictures are encouraged. If you have none, images are provided at no extra cost.
- 72 hours of complimentary edits come at the time of launch, separate from your monthly changes.
- Turnaround runs 2–6 business days from receipt of the completed questionnaire and photos.
Not included
Google Business Profile setup, anything beyond the 5-page limit, and large amounts of new writing later on. These are quoted on request.
Plan purchase options are paid in full, or in installments.
Buy Outright
$500 one time
Paid up front before website creation, with the site yours from the moment it’s published. The $50/month plan begins at launch.
$400 refund if cancellation before website goes live.

Rent to Own
$100/month for 7 months
Seven $100 charges ($700 toward the build), collected by autopay. The first is taken at sign-up.
Ownership transfers after the seventh. The $50 plan is separate.

Rent to Own: changing your mind
Paying off early
You may settle the remaining balance at any time, with no penalty.
The remaining balance ($100 for every charge left) is paid in a lump sum, ownership transfers immediately, and service continues on maintenance only.
Stopping early
A $150 cancellation fee applies.
Ownership comes only once the balance is cleared. If you cancel instead, the site comes down and Phototropic Designs keeps the files. If you cancel before launch, the first installment is kept and covers the cancellation fee, nothing else is owed beyond that.
The ongoing maintenance and support plan
Both choices include it for as long as Phototropic Designs runs the website. It is an ongoing subscription with no end date, ending only when canceled. It starts when the site goes live, and autopay charges $50 monthly. It covers:
- Hosting, and keeping everything working and up to date.
- The yearly registration fee for your web address, if registered by Phototropic Designs. Standard available .com domains are included; premium domains are billed at cost.
- Up to 3 changes monthly, each finished within 2 business days. A change is one small edit of about 30 minutes, like updating the hours, swapping photos, or editing text. Whatever goes unused doesn’t roll over.
Bigger work is quoted on request. Cancel any time with 30 days’ notice; service runs to the end of the current period, with no partial-period refunds. After cancellation, running and maintaining stop; if the balance is already cleared, you keep the files and can move them elsewhere.
Late payment policy: a 7-day grace period is granted, then service is paused while the amount is outstanding. Price adjustments require a 30-day written notice from Phototropic Designs.
Domains
Option A
The customer registers, owns, and pays for the domain.
Option B
The domain is registered and owned by Phototropic Designs, and the subscription covers the yearly cost. If the subscription ends, the domain is transferred to the customer.
