What this site collects

The contact form on this site asks for your name, email, business name, phone number (optional), which package interests you, and your message. That information is sent to the company so it can reply to you. It isn't sold or shared with anyone else.

How the form is handled

This site is hosted by Netlify, and submissions are collected and delivered by its form service. Netlify may process standard technical data (like your IP address) as part of operating that service. See Netlify's own privacy policy for details on their handling of this data.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. Requesting them sends the browser’s IP address and user-agent string to Google. Nothing else is shared this way. Google’s own policy covers its handling of that data.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and analytics tracking are not used here.

Keeping information

Submitted messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry or, if the sender becomes a client, for as long as that business relationship continues.

Text messaging

If the box to opt in to mobile updates is checked on the contact page, we use the mobile number only to send messages about the sender’s own inquiry or project, such as status updates, scheduling, and follow-up. We do not share or sell the mobile number or the text messaging consent to any third party for marketing purposes, under any circumstances. Replying STOP opts out at any time, and sending stops.

Deletion requests

Email contact@phototropicdesigns.com to ask what information is held about you or to have it deleted.
